Imaginary moons from distant galaxies
In early 2019, my Muse whispered to me:
“That moon of ours is pretty gorgeous, wouldn’t you agree? What do you think moons around faraway planets look like?”
I’m pretty certain there are a lot of planets and a lot of moons out there, and the possibilities for colors, combinations, textures are fascinating.
I hope that their gentle glow, subtle optimism and rich textures will brighten your space.
DETAILS & MATERIALS
Each of these moon paintings is approximately 3″ x 5″ (board sizes vary slightly), created on archival Ampersand art boards. I source my paints from makers all over the world, searching for rich colors, mineral magic, shimmering luminosity and intriguing granularity.
Every moon is hand-sealed, original, one-of-a-kind, signed, and numbered on the back.
